The following terms and conditions regulate the purchase and acquisition of the products offered by www.dygma.com.
The purchase agreement can be formalized in English and Spanish.
These conditions are formulated under the provisions of Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2000 on certain legal aspects of information society services, in particular electronic commerce, in the Internal Market ('Directive on electronic commerce'), REGULATION (EU) No 524/2013 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation.

The BUYER / CLIENT / USER is the user who browses the web and decides to purchase our products through the portal.
Prices
All our products are in US Dollars ($) and include all applicable taxes. You can check the additional shipping costs, if any, during checkout.
Offers and promotions will be expressly indicated, understanding that a meager price compared to other products or equal to zero will be due to an error, so the final purchase process of the product that has said error will not be carried out. Purchase method
1.- Product selection:
You can find the "Buy Now" button to purchase our products when browsing our website. The website will show you all the available products, prices, models, photographs and a product description.
You can also select additional accessories in the "Accessories" section.
Once you select the product, you can add it by clicking the "ADD TO CART" button. Once you have added it, a summary of the selected products will be shown, along with the total price of the shopping cart and the items included.
You can continue shopping and add products by repeating the steps above, view your shopping cart to make the modifications you want (change the number of products, delete them, etc.) or proceed directly to the checkout process.
2.- Validation of the purchase
Once your shopping cart has been accepted, the website will take you to the checkout process. If you have a discount code, you can enter it to update the price of the shopping cart.
If this is your first purchase on our website or you do not have a user account, the form will request a contact email and other personal information necessary to process the order. You can also select to keep your data for the future.
If you have a PayPal account, you can also perform an instant verification and proceed to complete the purchase process quickly.
If you have an account, you can log in. The shopping cart collects the shipping information stored in your account.
To continue, click "Continue to shipping" or, if you want to return to the cart, "Return to cart."
In the next step, you can select one of our shipping methods. The shipping costs may change depending on the destination country. In addition, other fees, taxes and customs applicable to your order may be included in the destination country. For more information, check our shipping policy.
To continue, click the "Continue to payment" button.
To proceed with the payment, enter your credit card details or select your PayPal account to be redirected to the payment provider site. In this last step, you can change the billing address.
At the end of the purchase, the website will show you a summary of the purchase and your invoice or purchase receipt in digital format that you can download or print. This same document will be stored in your user account and sent to the email address that you have provided.
