Shipping policy

Last Updated: September 2024

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dygma. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy

We usually ship directly from China, but in some cases, the order will be shipped from Spain.

For example, spare parts always ship from Spain, and some orders from EU customers will, too.  Choosing between warehouses will depend on the characteristics and stock availability of the items ordered.

If you are ordering from the European Union and your package is being shipped from China, don’t worry; you won't have to pay import fees or taxes. We cover those for EU customers.

Shipping rates

All orders above 99 USD have 10-15 day free shipping worldwide.

For orders under 99 USD, we charge 20 USD worldwide.

You can also select worldwide 5-7 day express shipping at checkout for 50 USD.

Shipment delivery estimates

On average, orders take 10 to 15 days to get delivered once shipped, except if you choose express shipping at checkout. In that case, they take 5 to 7 days.

If your order is taking more than 25 days to arrive, please email support@dygma.com so we can open an investigation. This is very important; once it is past 60 days, we can't claim the lost package from the shipping company.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

If you're ordering from the US, there are no import duties on orders under $800 (that's due to US regulations).

If you're ordering within the European Union, VAT is included in the price, and there should not be any import fees. However, if there are additional charges other than VAT, we won't be able to pay those fees, nor do we have any control over them. If you're an EU company and would like to file for a VAT refund, email us at contact@dygma.com within the next three months after your purchase.

For the rest of the world, Dygma is not responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied to your order after purchase. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Here is a list of some countries that we know require additional fees or documentation for local customs:

  • Brazil
  • Canada
  • China
  • Colombia
  • Costa Rica
  • Iceland
  • India
  • Israel
  • Malaysia
  • Norway
  • Peru
  • Russia
  • Singapore
  • Switzerland
  • Serbia
  • North Macedonia
  • Thailand
  • Turkey
  • United Kingdom

Other countries may require additional fees and documentation from the customer for customs clearance.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CUSTOMS

If you don't want to pay the customs fees once the keyboard is shipped and would like to return your order, you will need to pay to ship the keyboard back to us

If you don't provide the required documentation or pay the import fees on time, and the keyboard is returned to us, you will need to pay an additional fee to ship it again. That extra fee will depend on the costs involved (Shipping it back to us and you again).

Also, be aware that some customs offices might destroy the parcel if you fail to pay the import fees and taxes or provide the documentation requested by customs in time. In that case, we won't be able to ship your keyboard again.
